Collective Agreement

The Bargaining Committee is pleased to announce that the finalized Collective Agreement is now available on our website.

Following the completion of the agreement, the Committee successfully negotiated an important enhancement to the wage reopener provision. This new clause is designed to ensure equitable treatment for both union and non-union employees working at Forward House.

In essence, the provision establishes that if the Employer implements any general wage increase, salary adjustment, or other broad-based economic improvement during the 2026 calendar year for employees not represented by Local 4504, a comparable and equitable adjustment will also be applied to employees within the Local 4504 bargaining unit.

This enhancement strengthens protections for members and helps ensure fairness and parity in compensation adjustments across the organization.
